As the Design Systems Lead, you will be at the heart of our product development, responsible for creating, maintaining, and scaling a comprehensive design system. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring a cohesive, accessible, and high-quality user experience.
Job responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on governing and evangelizing the design system across all product teams. This includes defining component libraries, establishing clear documentation and guidelines, and fostering a culture of collaboration and consistency in our design practices.
Lead the creation and maintenance of a robust library of UI components.
Develop and maintain clear documentation and usage guidelines.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure system adoption and quality.
Champion accessibility, scalability, and performance in the design system.
